We bring everything needed for each visit and customize when requested. Our teams arrive with HEPA-filtered vacuums, freshly sanitized mop heads and cloths, and professional-grade products. If you have a preferred product for your floors or surfaces, we’re happy to use it.
About Kristina & Steven
Kristina and Steven Pajevic are the husband-and-wife co-owners of Crystal Clean Green Cleaning.
Together, they bring backgrounds in business operations, insurance, finance, marketing, and service-based industries. That combination shaped the company into what it is today: operationally structured, people-focused, and built for long-term stability.
While Crystal Clean is known for cleaning, its foundation is built on trust, structure, communication, and consistency.
They remain hands-on in leadership, culture, and long-term planning — not just branding.

We participate in local food drives, environmental events, and community outreach efforts throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Our food drives have collected more than 1,800 pounds of food since 2018 through partnerships with organizations including All Faiths Food Bank and The Salvation Army.

Our Story
Crystal Clean Green Cleaning began in 2012 out of necessity — not as a polished business plan, but as a way to create stability for our family. Like many small businesses, it started with long hours, learning as we went, and doing whatever needed to be done to move forward.
Over time, we discovered something important: we weren’t just cleaning houses. We were building trust. Families were handing us their keys, their schedules, their personal spaces — and that responsibility mattered deeply.
As parents, that weight only grew heavier in the best way. The example we set, the culture we built, and the way we treated our clients and our team became inseparable from the business itself. What started as a way to survive slowly became a way to serve.
We’ve grown through consistency, structure, and relationships — not shortcuts. We’ve learned through mistakes, refinement, and listening. And through it all, one thing has stayed the same: our belief that trust is earned quietly through action, not claims.
Today, Crystal Clean Green Cleaning is still guided by that same foundation. We clean homes — but what we really protect is the sense of safety, reliability, and peace people feel inside them.
