We offer two top-quality cleaning service options - Premier and Deluxe - each on a recurring basis.

Building trust with you is crucial as we aim to become long-term household members.

Recurring Service

Setting up a cleaning schedule that repeats once a week, every two weeks (bi-weekly), or every four weeks (monthly) ensures a well-cleaned and healthy home.

When we clean regularly, the hard scrubbing is reduced, and our visit becomes more maintenance.

Since it will require us less resources and time to accomplish, we take those savings and pass them to you... Resulting in more significant discounts per cleaning the more often we are there.

Cleaning Packages

Each cleaning package starts with a checklist; however, your home might need more or less attention in some areas. This is why we always quote in person and provide a customized cleaning service just for you.

Premier Cleaning is the option to choose if your home has not been maintained/cleaned by you or a professional in the last 30 days. We always recommend the Premier Cleaning Service to our first-time clients. This option helps us both get started with a clean slate.

We would like to speak with you regarding the exact price for your home, as surprises for either of us are not fun.

There are far too many variables to quote online or over the phone, so we would love to set up an In-Home Estimate.

Other companies are fast to give a quote and slow to resolve issues; we, however, like to provide an accurate cost and ensure a hassle-free experience.

This way, we can understand your needs and the scope of work required and be able to provide you with a 100% accurate quote.

Many times we can schedule the cleanings during the Estimate!

Cleaning and Disinfecting in Current Times

For over a decade, we have specialized in cleaning services. During these years, we always, and continue to, use gloves and shoe covers. Our protocols have been updated to include masks as recommended by the CDC.

Sanitized rags and mop heads, brand new Swiffers, and clean and maintained Dyson HEPA-filtered vacuums are used at each project.

Though we specialize in green, Eco-friendly, and organic cleaning, which has disinfecting properties, we also have a hospital-grade disinfectant that can be added to our all-purpose, bathroom, and floor cleaners. The disinfectant we use is found on a short list of CDC-approved solutions that effectively kill the current strain of the COVID-19 virus.

Crystal Clean Green Cleaning is a Designated Sarasota Healthy County Worksite - much of this designation is measured on a checklist created by the CDC - the health and safety of our clients, our teams, and the community is something we have prioritized for years and is not a reaction to these uncharted times. We continue to monitor and stay one step ahead of the CDC, WHO, and OSHA recommendations.

*** Please note that for your safety and the safety of employees: We do not climb higher than a two-step ladder - No matter which service is being provided. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster. We will not move furniture, but we will try to do our best within reach by hand. Dust can resettle after cleaning. We do our best to minimize this with HEPA filters and recommended routine cleaning. We only dust the frame and not the artwork.
