Kristina, the team, and I greatly appreciate each and every one of our clients. By now, we are sure you know, you are our family.

We depend on you in this business, and this business provides a way of life for many families. The luck of the matter for us is that we are in the cleaning business and we can help now more than ever - just as much as we need you now, more than ever. We have been working with the CDC for the past six years as a part of our Healthy County Workplace Designation with the Sarasota Health Department. This is why you always see gloves and shoe covers and why all our supplies are disinfected and sanitized on a daily basis. We will continue to work alongside new recommendations and as always try to be a few steps ahead, by going above and beyond. Like the “green thing”, “sustainable thing”, the “community thing”, the “do a little extra thing”, and as ALWAYS - the “CLEAN THING”! Most of you know Kristina and Steven and the insane OCD. As always, and especially now, these are GREAT qualities!

We are proud and excited to be rolling out fogging/misting service to the general public in two weeks and wanted to present the information and opportunity to our existing family of clients before we become inundated with requests.

This service is about taking a disinfectant and creating a mist of tiny particles that cloud a room - time is given for the particles to settle which will have created a fine layer of disinfectant on all areas.

In addition to misting, disinfectant is applied on all knobs, handles, light switches (inside and outside), as well as all countertops (first 6” of area).

We use 1-step disinfectant which needs to be applied and not wiped or washed-off. The product is one of few that are on the market that kills the Covid-19 virus and is hospital grade.

Due to the type of procedure no one can be present during the time of the application and for 45-60 minutes afterward - allowing to settle, dry, and disinfect.

We recommend a second application approx 3 weeks after the first, to maintain the effect and neutralize any new introduction of bacteria and virus strains that might have entered. - Subsequent application in discounted.
