Crystal Clean Green Cleaning Selected for 2026 Glazer Family Small Business Fund
We are proud to share that Crystal Clean Green Cleaning has been selected as a 2026 recipient of the Glazer Family Small Business Fund, an initiative established by the Glazer family, owners of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to support small businesses throughout the Tampa Bay region.
Crystal Clean received a $2,500 grant through the fund and was recognized alongside other local small business owners during Tampa Bay Buccaneers Training Camp at the AdventHealth Training Center in Tampa.
For us, this recognition means more than the grant itself.
Crystal Clean started in Sarasota in 2012 with a $100 Walmart gift card, no outside funding and a simple goal of building a company that could provide great service while creating something meaningful for the people connected to it.
Since then, the business has grown, adapted, faced challenges, created local jobs, supported employees and families, and continued looking for ways to use business as a platform to do good.
Investing Back Into Our Team
The Glazer Family Small Business Fund grant will help support workforce recruitment, training and employee development at Crystal Clean.
In a service business, our team is the business.
The quality of the experience our clients receive depends on the people who walk through their doors every day. That makes recruiting the right people, providing strong training, supporting professional development and creating a workplace where employees can succeed some of the most important investments we can make.
Those investments also extend beyond Crystal Clean.
Strong local businesses create jobs. Good jobs support families. Supported families strengthen communities.
That connection has shaped many of the decisions we have made over the years.
A Meaningful Reminder
As part of the recognition, Crystal Clean received a commemorative football recognizing the company’s selection for the Glazer Family Small Business Fund.
For a company that began with very little, receiving that kind of recognition from an organization so closely connected to the Tampa Bay community is meaningful.
There have been easier years and harder ones. There have been periods of growth, periods of rebuilding and plenty of moments when being a small business owner required figuring things out as we went.
That is part of entrepreneurship.
Recognition like this does not erase the difficult parts, but it does serve as a reminder that the work matters and that small businesses remain an important part of the fabric of Tampa Bay.
Using Business as a Platform to Do Good
Crystal Clean is a residential cleaning company, but our goals have always extended beyond the service itself.
Our core values are:
Be Real. Help Out. Create Value. Have Fun.
Those values influence how we work with our clients, how we support our team and how we participate in our community.
Over the years, that has included workplace wellness initiatives, sustainability efforts, community service, food drives and programs designed to support local families.
Our long term goal is to help 10,000 families through the businesses, partnerships and community initiatives we build.
The Glazer Family Small Business Fund recognition is another step in that journey.
We are grateful for the support, grateful for our team and grateful for the clients and community that have allowed a company started with a $100 Walmart gift card to continue growing since 2012.
And we are not finished yet.
