One Time Cleaning vs. Recurring

As with each of our services, we can provide this as a one-time cleaning or on a recurring basis.

Recurring

Setting up a cleaning schedule that repeats on a basis of once a week, every two weeks (bi-weekly), or every four weeks (monthly) ensures a well cleaned and healthy home.

When we clean on a recurring basis, the hard scrubbing is reduced, and our visit becomes more maintenance. Since it will require us less resources and time to accomplish, we take those savings and pass them to you... Resulting in bigger discounts per cleaning, the more often we are there.

 

Cleaning Packages

Each cleaning package starts off with a checklist; however, your home might need more, or less, attention in some areas. This is why we always quote in person and provide a customized cleaning service just for you. Below are the general basics to expect. DEEP Cleaning is the option to chose if your home has not been maintained/cleaned by you or a professional in the last 30 days.

A DEEP cleaning service includes all the regular cleaning item, plus: All Baseboards Cleaned Detailed Cleaning of Doors and Cabinets Blinds Dusted

Ceiling Fans Dusted

 

We always  recommend the DEEP Cleaning Service to our first time and one time customers. This options helps both us and you get started with a clean slate.

It takes a little while longer to complete as it requires more time and attention.

Additional Services

We understand that sometimes you might not need the “whole” package and rather a specific item in addition to your regular cleaning. Please contact us for specifics and allow time prior to your scheduled appointment so that we may bring any special items required to complete the request. Note: Additional services result in additional charges.

We provide window, screen, track, and slider cleaning to existing clients. Please note, we can only service one story homes - due to the safety of our teams.

We would like to speak with you regarding the exact price for your home as surprises for either of us are not always easy to deal with.   There are far too many variables to quote online, or over the computer.   Which is why we would love to send someone out to meet with you, understand your needs and the scope of work required, to be able to provide you with a 100% accurate quote.  Many times we are able to schedule the cleanings right on the spot!

*** Please note that for your safety and for the safety of employees: We do not climb higher than a two step ladder - No matter which service is being provided. Higher items will be dusted with and extension duster. We will not move furniture, but we will try to do our best within reach by hand. Dust can resettle after cleaning. We do our best to minimize this with HEPA filters and recommended routine cleaning. We only dust the frame and not the artwork.
