REPORTING
Notes, pictures, and video will be collected during our inspection. As we progress through our checklist, observations will be noted about any problem areas as well as recommendations regarding managing the problem. The assessment is e-mailed the same day along with supporting documentation, detailed photos, and a “report card”, for your records.
REMEDY
Should any issues occur while you are away - A management representative will coordinate appointments, meet and greet with service providers, contractors, vendors and provide access to your home during the estimate, service, and follow-up.

Having always been exceptionally pleased with their work it was not until I contracted with them for house watching services that I understood they also are experts at providing peace of mind. Receiving a report, complete with pictures, after each check-in affirmed that we had made the right decision in choosing CCGC for the task. Small problems were called to our attention and remediated. We were always confident all was well while we were away. However, we found the real value and commitment of CGCC when on one of their visits it was discovered that our air conditioner had stopped working. Steven alerted us to the problem and we immediately call our A/C service company only to find we needed a replacement unit. Not only did CCGC report the problem, they returned to allow the repairman in and notified us when the installation was completed. This was service above and beyond the call of duty. When we returned a few months later, we walked into a home that was spotlessly clean and perfectly cool.
